Because we are a retail shop in compliance with federal law, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying customs fees. By law we are required to show all prices for custom clearance.

Note: Many of my international customers choose First Class International, Priority Mail Flat Rate Small box, or a Priority Mail International envelope because of its reasonable price. Since they cannot be insured and since the packages are not tracked to completion, buyer assumes all risk. We send proof that the order has shipped and that is where our responsibility ends.
Your country may charge you import taxes and fees for your order. Pumpkinvine Corner has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please check with your customs office if you are unsure of these fees. Your local postal office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. If you refuse to pay your country's required fees on delivered goods and the shipment is returned to us, we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. The shipping cost amount cannot be included in the insurance amount.

Dimensions: Package maximum length is 24 inches. Maximum length, height, and depth combined is 36 inches. The weight limit is 4 lbs.
Transit Time of Your Order
International orders can take 10 to 21 business days to arrive via the United States Postal Service. Although, service to most countries is generally faster and many Priority Mail orders arrive within 5-10 business days. First Class International Shipping is slower than Priority Mail. Packages must clear customs before being delivered. This is the most common cause for delays. Holidays at either end can also delay the arrival of your shipment. Saturday is considered a business day for USPS, but Sunday is not a business day.
Incorrect shipping addresses and/or postal codes: Please be careful to list your correct shipping address and/or postal code at check-out. If an incorrect address and/or postal code is given at time of order and shipment is either lost in the mail or not received, a replacement order will be the responsibility of the customer
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.
Shipping Cost Calculation
The technique used by Shopping Cart software to figure shipping charges is not an exact science. The software doesn't know how much packing material or what type or size shipping container is needed. Because of the factors mentioned above, there will be times when the shopping cart miscalculates the shipping charge. In some scenarios it could under-estimate the shipping fee when a heavier or oversized item is purchased with other items. Be assured that we double check the weight of all orders before processing a payment. We are very conscious of how items are wrapped and packaged so as to keep the weight of the shipment as low as possible. If your order weighs less than calculated, we will reduce your shipping amount at the time of processing. We reserve the right to increase the shipping charge up to $1 US if the actual shipping weight changes the cost we must pay to ship your package. If any necessary increase is more than $1 US, we will not process the charge or ship the package until we receive your acknowledgement and approval of the increase.
If you have paid for International shipping that is tracked and offers delivery confirmation, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to return merchandise by clicking on the email icon below.
You must mail the merchandise back to us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Pumpkinvine Corner must receive returns within 60 days of the date the original order was placed, regardless of reason. Pumpkinvine Corner does not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Items must be declared, packages sealed, and all rules followed in compliance with all domestic, international, and individual country rules and regulations for shipping.
We will not exchange or credit your credit card for merchandise that we do not receive, regardless of reason.
