How to Order from Pumpkinvine Corner
Our secure online order process is the fastest and most efficient way to order. Just click on the "Add to cart" button beside the items you would like to purchase, and the items will be automatically added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your order, choose from the list of shipping options and follow the simple instructions for checking out.
If you do not wish to give your credit card number during the order process, or if you wish to pay via check or money order, you may still use the online shopping cart. Just skip the payment section and use the comment section of the order process to inform us how you would like to pay for your purchase. We can call you for a credit card number

Payment Terms
Pumpkinvine Corner welcomes Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and debit cards. The currency of transations is in U.S. dollars. We can often ship the same day you order when you pay by credit card. Billing and shipping information is verified on all orders. Our preference is payment by credit card, but we will also accept money orders and personal checks. We reserve the right to hold orders for shipping until such items clear the bank.
Sales Tax
According to the law, Items shipped to a Georgia address will be charged 7 percent sales tax on the entire order including shipping.
Shipping
Excluding weekends and holidays, we do our best to ship within 24 hours. We typically ship using USPS Priority Mail so the minimum shipping charge is $4.80 for shipments of up to one pound. Most orders fall within the one pound range since quilting supplies are generally on the lighter side. If your package is 3 lbs. or more, I will contact you with the option of using UPS (United Parcel Service). Should you choose UPS, we will need a physical address as UPS will not ship to a post office box.
Priority Mail usually takes 2 or 3 days from the time it is shipped. UPS ground usually takes 3 to 7 business working days for delivery.
Because the arrival time of your order is often dictated by conditions which are out of our control, we cannnot guarantee exact delivery times for UPS, and the US Postal Service.
We will not normally be alarmed nor trace any regular ground shipments until at least 2 weeks after shipping.
The technique used by Shopping Cart software to figure shipping charges is not an exact science. The software doesn't know what size shipping container is needed, as well as the amount of necessary packing materials. It cannot determine if the purchased item is being shipped by itself or with other items. There may be times when it over-estimates the shipping charge. Be assured that we double check the weight and will always charge you the amount you would have been charged had you shipped the item yourself. Please drop us an email if you have any questions about the amount figured by the shopping cart. We will never charge you more than what the shopping cart figures and if we can ship for less, the savings will be reflected in your charge. We do not send send a charge through until after we have verified the lowest shipping rate.
International sales
We do not accept orders billed and/or shipped outside the USA (military mail excluded).
Credit Card Statement
If you use a credit card to pay for your purchase, Pumpkinvine Corner is the name that will appear on your Credit Card Statement. Please contact us or any merchant before issing a "charge-back" on a charge you don't recognize or remember. Charge-Backs always cost the merchant a substantial fee.
Monthly Programs
Joining a monthly club (like the Mini Club) is a customer commitment for the entire length of the program. Depending on the payment plan chosen, units will be shipped to the customer on a regular basis and the customer will be charged in installments until payment is made in full for all units. The customer cannot cancel Club membership. If we are unable to process the customer's credit card for any club shipment then Pumpkinvine Corner reserves the right to terminate customer's club membership and no remaining or future units will be sent to the customer or be available to purchase in the future. In the event customer is charged an installment for a unit not received, please notify Pumpkinvine Corner as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation. Pumpkinvine Corner reserves the right to cancel club memberships for any reason including customer billing and shipping problems.
Returns
Pumpkinvine Corner allows returns on certain products. If there is a problem, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Customers need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any item. You can request the RMA by contacting us via e-mail or fax. Any defective merchandise will be promptly replaced. Products returned for other reasons may be returned for a merchandise credit which excludes all shipping costs. The returned product(s) must be in the same condition as when sent to you; unopened and in original packaging. Shipping is not refundable. Because of copyright laws, there can be no refunds on patterns, books or other items with a copyright. Returns sent to us without a RMA will be returned to sender with any additional fees incurred. Please e-mail us with any questions about returning an item.
Insurance
United Parcel Service shipments are automatically insured by UPS for up to $100 at no cost. They offer additional insurance for US$0.55 for each additional $100.00 (or portion of $100.00) of the total value declared, with a minimum charge of US$1.50. This can be requested in the comment section of your order form
United States Postal Service orders are not automatically insured. When we ship via Priority Mail, as an extra protection, we ask for Delivery Confirmation service. If you have concerns about your package being vulnerable after it is delivered to your porch, you might want to consider optional insurance. You can request it in the comment section of your order form and the fee will be included on your bill.

- $4.60 ................. $200.01 to $300
- $6.40 ................. $400.01 to $500

Pumpkinvine Corner is not liable for incorrect pattern or kit instructions created or written by another company.
Order fulfillment: Occasionally, due to availability, an item may be out of stock. If the bulk of your order is in inventory, the in-stock items are shipped promptly, unless the customer specifies otherwise. We will notify you if an item is out of stock. We do not back order items because not all items are always available for re-order. Please use the comment section of your shopping cart should you wish to share any special instructions.
Color Discrepancies:
Color computer monitors can often display colors differently. Please take this into account when ordering colored items like thread.
